Health : Reduce Your Weight

Now i will tell you some tips to loss your weight :

Lossing weight is not an easy effort. But its will work if you try it seriously.

Before i give you some tips, i will tell my experience about it.

About one year ago, you can call me 'big girl'.

Yes thats right, i am big girl!!

But now, its changing.

Although i am not a thin girl now, i am not as big as one year ago.

I have been lost 14 kg of my fat. Its not instan! its gradually.

Yes, i give you advice to loss your weight gradually. Maybe it take long time but its not temporary.

Do you wanna know how to loss your weight about 14 kg ?

Its very simple way to loss you weight :
1. Dont eat your dinner.
If you can't do this, try to reduce your dinner portion or eat your dinner in afternoon.
2. Dont eat junk food too much.
3. I suggest you to eat jelly.
Jelly is contain fiber that really good to loss your weight.
4. Lets do sport.
I really dont like this activity. But if you want to make your body more firm, just do it!
5. Eat fruit and vegetable.
Same with sport, i dont like it. I dont like to eat fruit espesially vegetable. So I eat it
sometimes.

If you try all of tips above, make sure you will loss your weight and your body will more health and fresh.
